This week I've been experimenting with cake / bread baking. My "cakes" have been sugar-free and so more like heavy bread, really, but containing raisins, prunes, nuts & seeds. Yum. I'm not think this weekend! However, today I went for a 100% rye bread. Here's a photo. I hope it tastes as good as it looks. (It even has a "V" for Vera...)
